Generator House, Dyne-Steel Incline
Commanding a beautiful view over the Usk towards Abergavenny, Sugar Loaf and the Skirrid this derelict building sits by the side of the line of the Dyne-Steel incline, built in 1850 to transport raw materials and iron over the mountain towards Blaenavon. Surrounded by the more recent effects of open cast mining this landscape still needs a lot of time to recover from its industrial past.
