Silage Bales, Ystradfellte

Freshly baled silage may look innocuous enough wrapped in it's tight black plastic, all neat and tidy. However, once the silage has been unwrapped for use what often happens to the plastic wrap is less desirable. Littering hedgerows and piled in the corner of fields it appears to have become one of the largest plastic pollutants in the National Park in some areas.
